Edison, NJ – The Edison Human Relations Commission invites the community to join them in celebrating Women’s History Month with a special event on March 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, located at 100 Municipal Blvd, Edison, NJ 08817.
This event promises an evening of inspiration and celebration, featuring a distinguished panel of speakers and guests who have made significant contributions to the community. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from:
- Shannon Peng and Virginia White , members of the Edison Board of Education (BOE), who are committed to ensuring quality education for all students
- Nancy Pinkin, County Clerk, who brings a wealth of experience in public service and leadership.
- Shanti Narra, County Commissioner, a dedicated advocate for the residents of Middlesex County.
- Marla Fisher, a successful entrepreneur, whose journey will inspire and empower aspiring businesswomen.
The event provides a platform to recognize the achievements and contributions of women in various fields and to reflect on the ongoing pursuit of equality.
