Edison High Juniors Champion Health Education for Local Youth

Edison High School juniors Hrishi Shah and Agastya Chinchankar are making a difference in their community through their leadership of the non-profit organization Health for Humanity. As chapter presidents, the duo is passionate about equipping younger generations with vital knowledge about first aid and heart health.

Focusing on students in grades 4-8, Shah and Chinchankar are hosting two free workshops at the Edison Public Library. The first will be held at the North Edison Branch on August 20th, and the second at the Clara Barton Branch on August 23rd. Both workshops will run from 2 PM to 3 PM.

The two believe that empowering kids with basic health knowledge can have a profound impact on their lives and the well-being of our community. They encourage parents to sign up their children for these informative and engaging workshops.
