The Edison High School boys basketball team kicked off their season with a convincing 59-42 victory on the road against North Plainfield.
Leading the charge for the Eagles was Dheeraj Samparaboyina, who poured in 19 points to pace the offense. Jonan Norris also reached double figures with 11 points, while Shamala Spencer chipped in 10.
The Eagles controlled the game throughout, showcasing a balanced attack and stifling defense.
Edison will look to build on this momentum as they head to South Brunswick for their next game on December 21st at 11:30 a.m.
