Edison Township is energizing its commitment to education with the exciting launch of the independent Edison Township Education Foundation. This promising initiative will drive innovation, expand student opportunities, and strengthen connections across our school community.

The Foundation has announced its arrival and warmly invites all stakeholders to a Community Kickoff Meeting today, Thursday, May 1st, at 7:00 PM in the New Gymnasium of John Adams Middle School.

This inaugural meeting marks a pivotal moment for Edison. It’s a unique opportunity for our families, dedicated staff, proud alumni, and engaged local businesses and community members to gather, understand the Foundation’s vision, and discover how you can actively contribute to its growth. Interested individuals are encouraged to REGISTER HERE to secure their spot at this important event.

While an education foundation might be a new concept for our town, its potential for positive impact is significant. In Edison, where education is deeply valued and our classrooms are led by exceptional teachers, the Foundation will serve as a vital link, channeling community support into tangible benefits for our students and educators. Through collaboration with all stakeholders, funds raised will strategically support teacher grant programs, empowering educators to bring their most innovative ideas to life. Furthermore, the Foundation will champion initiatives designed to significantly enhance opportunities for our students, ensuring they have the resources and support they need to flourish.

It’s important to understand that while the Foundation will collaborate closely with Edison Township Public Schools, it will operate as an independent 501(c)(3) organization. This independent structure ensures dedicated funding streams, transparent governance, and a focused commitment to its mission. Whether you’re passionate about fueling educational innovation, contributing your expertise, or simply understanding how you can make a meaningful difference, the Community Kickoff Meeting is the perfect place to get involved.

This is your chance to actively participate in shaping the very foundation of the Edison Township Education Foundation. Your voice, your innovative ideas, and your willingness to contribute will be instrumental in establishing a lasting legacy of unwavering support for students and schools throughout our entire community.

Why attend this crucial kickoff meeting?
