Juror Emphasizes Focus on Evidence, Not Lifestyle, in Hunter Biden Trial

In an exclusive interview with CNN, Juror 10 revealed that the jury in Hunter Biden’s federal gun trial primarily concentrated on the evidence presented, rather than delving into the defendant’s personal life.

Although expressing sadness over the trajectory of Biden’s life, the juror clarified that this sentiment did not influence their decision-making. The focus remained on the fact that Biden failed to disclose his drug addiction when purchasing the firearm, a key factor in his conviction for lying on the ATF form.

“When you look at that form, ‘Are you a drug addict, are you an unlawful user of drugs,’ and he said no,” the juror recounted, quoting the form. “Clearly, he lied.”

The jury meticulously examined each legal standard required for a guilty verdict, ultimately concluding that Biden was indeed guilty. The juror affirmed that Biden received a fair trial and emphasized that the Biden family, including President Biden, was not a subject of discussion during deliberations.

“We didn’t use Jill. We didn’t use President Biden,” the juror stated, adding that the president’s name was mentioned only once during the entire trial.

This revelation sheds light on the jury’s rigorous approach to the case, prioritizing the evidence and legal considerations over personal details or external influences.
