The Edison Art Society celebrated the successful opening of its latest exhibition, “Through the Seasons: A Photorealistic Art Journey” by artist Tom Seiz, last night at the Gallery on the third floor of the Edison Municipal Building. The event kicked off at 6:30 p.m. and drew approximately 60 art enthusiasts.

The exhibition, which showcases Seiz’s stunning photorealistic works capturing the beauty and essence of the changing seasons, promises to be a visual treat for visitors. The artist’s meticulous attention to detail and mastery of light and shadow create images that are both captivating and thought-provoking.

Edison Art Society President Liz Hahn expressed her delight at the opening, stating, “We are thrilled to see such a wonderful response to Tom’s exhibit. His ability to capture the beauty of nature through the seasons is truly remarkable, and we’re honored to showcase his work”.

Tom Seiz welcomed the crowd to his exhibit with a warm smile. He spoke candidly about his art, his distinctive style a blend of vibrant colors and abstract forms, born from years of experimentation. His voice filled with gratitude, he thanked the attendees for their presence, and the Art Society for their unwavering support in making the exhibit possible. His words echoed through the gallery, setting a tone of appreciation and creative camaraderie.

Councilwoman Margo Harris, who heads the Cultural Arts Commission, also shared her thoughts, “The Edison Art Society consistently brings high-quality art to our community, and this exhibit is no exception. Tom’s photorealistic style is both captivating and inspiring, and I encourage everyone to come and experience it for themselves.”

The “Through the Seasons” exhibit will be open to the public throughout the season. Art lovers and community members alike are encouraged to visit the Gallery and experience the magic of Tom Seiz’s photorealistic artistry which will be displayed through October 25th.
