This summer, Middlesex County’s Plays-in-the-Park invites you to “Be Our Guest” as the enchanting tale of “Beauty and the Beast” takes center stage. From June 19th to June 29th, experience the magic of this beloved Broadway musical in a unique outdoor amphitheater setting, conveniently located near the Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ.

A Tale as Old as Time, Under the Stars:

Follow Belle, a young woman with a thirst for adventure, as she stumbles upon an enchanted castle and its captivating but misunderstood inhabitant, the Beast. Through heartwarming encounters with talking teacups, singing candelabra, and a host of other enchanted objects, Belle discovers the true heart hidden beneath the Beast’s gruff exterior.

Will Belle be able to break the spell that has transformed a prince into a beast? With timeless songs like “Be Our Guest,” “Beauty and the Beast,” and “Human Again,” this Tony Award-nominated musical promises an unforgettable evening of music, romance, and wonder for the whole family.

Finding Your Way to the Enchanted Castle:

Plays-in-the-Park is easily accessible, situated just a block south of the Menlo Park Mall off Route 1. Take the Grandview Avenue exit, and upon reaching the top of the short hill, make your first right onto Pine Drive. The friendly park rangers will guide you to a convenient parking spot, making your arrival as smooth as Belle’s waltz through the castle ballroom.

    More Summer Magic to Come:

While “Beauty and the Beast” kicks off the summer season, Plays-in-the-Park has even more in store. Two additional full-scale musicals will grace the amphitheater later in the season, ensuring a diverse range of theatrical experiences for all tastes.

    Don’t Miss the Enchantment:

Make this summer truly magical with a trip to Plays-in-the-Park. Secure your tickets now for “Beauty and the Beast” and prepare to be swept away by a timeless love story filled with captivating music and unforgettable characters.
