    Edison Girls Tennis Dominates JFK, Improves to 8-3

    The Edison High School girls tennis team continued their strong season with a decisive 5-0 victory over JFK, bringing their record to an impressive 8-3. The Eagles showcased their dominance across all matches, with standout performances from both singles and doubles players.

    Nandini Chandra led the charge in singles, securing a swift 6-1, 6-0 win. Khaliyah Revan followed suit with a 6-1, 6-3 victory, while Lojein Elgebrawi completed the singles sweep with a 6-0, 6-3 win of her own.

    The doubles teams were equally impressive. Breanna Smithen and Vijeta Garg paired up for both doubles matches, demonstrating excellent teamwork and court awareness. They secured a 6-0, 6-1 victory in the first doubles match and followed it up with a 6-1, 6-2 win in the second.

    This win marks another strong performance for the Edison girls tennis team, who are building momentum as the season progresses. They will look to continue their winning ways in their next match against Monroe on October 17th.
