    Two property sales in Metuchen:

    • 4 Jones Pl: This Cape Cod style home sold for $550,000. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The property features an expanded dining room, a kitchen with granite countertops, a finished basement, and a fenced backyard with a deck.  
    • 29 Snowflake Ln: A townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths sold for $649,000. The home has been updated with a kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances, new flooring, windows, and doors, and a gas fireplace.  
    • 10 Winslow Rd: This split-level home sold for $699,000. It offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The renovated home includes a modern kitchen with a center island and quartz countertops, a family room, and a partially finished basement.  
    • 9 Altamont Rd: A newly built single-family home sold for $879,000. This house features 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, an open floor concept, a designer kitchen with a large center island, and a spacious outdoor area.  
    • 27 Timber Rd: This property, with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sold for $895,000. It is located on a large lot and features an updated kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a family room.  
    • 2 Whitewood Rd: A split-level home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms sold for $875,000. The home offers a gourmet kitchen with a large island, granite countertops, a family room, a finished basement, and an in-ground pool.
